Fantastic customer service by phone and in store. Parts replaced at mimimal cost enabling me to keep my 8 year excellent vacuum working rather than buy new one. Thank you. Definitely worth the drive out to Eastern Creek!

Google look up says the service centre is open Saturdays until 5pm. That’s not true. I’m and outside and they are completely shut.

Fantastic support, despite a location quite out of the way for most. Also sits right next to the Clearance Centre (in case you need to find a lower-cost replacement, I guess!)
