So happy with our caravan hire! We had such a fantastic trip away. Thanks Eastern Caravans! You were so accommodating when we changed the dates, then chose a different caravan and then asked to pick it up earlier!! Staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help. We will be booking another van again in a few weeks!

We had a great experience with Eastern Caravans. Booking was easy (2 week hire), and the van was in great condition (near new). Great service too, and very helpful. The team spent the time to walk us through everything we needed to know about the van at pick up, and supplied us with things like the electronic breaking unit as our SUV didn’t have one fitted. We will hire from them again. Thanks Eastern
Recently had a 5 day getaway and hired a campervan from Eastern Caracans. What a great experience. From the quote, the booking, payment and the pick up & drop off process. It was all a breeze. I have been hiring with Dave & Jen from Eastern Caravans over the past 3 years, every year their service blows me away! From my early enquiries all the way through to the pick-up of our mobile palace, their service is first class!! Any problems I come across as a novice caravaner have been easily solved with a quick phone call to Dave, his knowledge of these rigs is unbelievable. Haven't had a caravan holiday since I was a kid. Spent many years camping under canvas though. This year - a "glamping" holiday was needed. Best choice - the Journey van with ensuite was perfect for the 2 of us! So well equipped, relatively easy to tow and setup. And the team at Eastern Caravans were awesome and very helpful.
We have rented a caravan for holidays for a number of years from Eastern Caravans. The caravans provided are always late models, in great condition, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
