Good medical care, but echo other comments about reception staff. Rude, dismissive, interrupting (need I say more). We are paying hundreds of dollars for this service, get over your arrogance people!

I had an appointment with Dr Fabinyi, and was taken care of professionally and politely from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. I showed up a bit early and was able to get all the preliminary tests done well before having to see the doctor. Dr Fabinyi was very professional, listened to my issues and explained the options. Stephanie at the desk was great help and very courteous. I have surgery scheduled in the near future and will write an update. An update: Have had my surgeries and all went very well. End result is better than 20/20 in both eyes. Still cannot speak highly enough of Dr Fabinyi and Stephanie at reception. Only advice I have is to choose to have the surgery in the same building as Dr Fabinyi. I had one eye done there and one at the hospital nearby so can directly compare the two.

The reception staff were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, especially over the phone. This alone has deterred my family from visiting the Melbourne retina associates again.
