Booked me in quickly on the day and then when I asked if I could pop in an hour earlier the manager said no probs if I can be there in 10 minutes and did an excellent job where another alignment place had failed to do theirs properly. Friendly and welcoming. Finally got what I wanted, job well done. Will be back for more of that quality friendly service, they now have my business. Isn't that what it's about? Many others could learn from them.

The Savant goblin of mechanics, Will do a good job, but it won't be fast and it won't be cheap, and will take you for a run if you let them Went there for convenience, got quoted 80 more than my regular mechanic previously, for a job that didn't need doing at the time.
Booked one day in advance and tires were ready to go. Staff were great and prices were fair. x2 loose tires fitted in 40m during what looked like a pretty busy day. I'll be returning with my other cars soon!

With the dramas of Melbourne Wharf & their Container backlog, Michelin NSW State Manager, Nha Luc, introduced me to Management of VALLEY TYRES, in the first instance, Makayla, then Retail Manager, Clarissa, who collectively were able to prioritise the supply & install of a set of Michelin 265/60 R18 110H Latitude Tour tyres the day prior to Easter break. Having achieved 95429 klms from the original set through meticulous care & maintenance, I wanted the best from this new Set. The Experience obtained from VALLEY TYRES was an excellent result for me. Tyres pressure selection & Torque wrench of wheel studs was a great finishing touch...all under the Eagle Eyes of Mitch. Their MOTTO was clearly on display with my Experience.
