It’s clearly a new building so in relatively new condition but clearly rushed up and not maintained much. The shower handle fell off in my hand and then I noticed that the surfaces were covered in dirt so I wiped them down with a wet cough and well, you can see that for yourself. Handy that there is a nice pub over the road to get some food and a drink.

We were due to check in on the 20th Dec right as the Covid19 outbreak was first emerging in Sydney. Which meant we had to make our way back to Victoria before they closed the borders, we called the Maitland Executive Apartments a day before our booking to advise them of the situation and to see if we could postpone or cancel the booking. We were told that they still had to charge for the booking as they are a small business and have already had so many cancellations. She went on to say they did not want to penalize anyone who is affected by Covid19 but they have to keep their 72 hour cancellation policy and to charge us for the booking, which they charged full price on the spot. We are motel managers in Victoria and have successfully coaxed a motel through 2 lockdowns. We are a small business and we still did not charge or penalize anyone who had to cancel due to restrictions as it is out of everyone's control. We thought it was pretty poor of these people to not even offer a future credit on the booking or any other resolution to the situation. We travel to Maitland regularly and will not stay at these apartments.

3rd week here for work, 3 different rooms, every room had used dishes placed back in the cupboards! Cleaners obviously are not checking them. Signs everywhere saying "covid safe" I really doubt it if every room iv had has had used unwashed cutlery and food smudged on chairs and lounges. Pretty gross!

Rooms have basic necessities, very clean. Outside furniture used indoors, making rooms feel very cold and Stark. Could do with more comforts of home. No draws in bedroom, only wardrobe. Keypad entry great House keepers very friendly.

Booked 2 rooms on booking website Upon arrival code didn’t work. Phoned number provided to get an extremely rude operator. When asked to explain things got extremely cranky abused me then hung up on me. I rang back and was abused and told my booking was cancelled when asked about my money was hung up again. Then friends who had other booking called he was abused told that we were too broke to afford deposit and then hung up on again. We have now had dramas trying to retrieve deposit which will take weeks. Would not recommend this property ever. And as someone that is in the tourism industry will be referring this business onto all our websites as destination not to stay and will update scoring accordingly. Thank you for you’re great experience.

I booked a studio apartment through qantas hotels based on the description that included a “fully equipped kitchen”. I prefer to cook for myself when I’m travelling for a week or more for business. Upon arrival I realised that the apartment is very spartan. There is no “fully equipped kitchen”. Just a toaster and a microwave. No pots or pans. Not sure how that’s fits their description. Also, there’s no place for hanging clothes or even placing my luggage. No rug. Just cold tiles. The tea and coffee supplied is cheap and nasty with no fresh milk. Very uncomfortable and unimpressive. I could’ve stayed in a cheaper and better equipped hotel closer to work! Picture of my room upon booking had a lounge. There’s no lounge here!! Just a small chair. So annoyed. I now have to eat out every day. In a hotel at least there would be a restaurant on site! Or room service. I paid more than a hotel to get less than a hotel!

New apartments! We were very happy with the one bedroom apartment that we booked. It was really well equipped - kitchenette, washing machine and dryer, TV in the lounge AND the bedroom. The apartment was clean, modern and well designed. It's a short drive to the Greenhills Stockland shopping centre and just across the road from The Windsor Castle Hotel which is a great eating option.

My husband and I stayed at East Maitland Executive Apartments in a one bedroom suite over the weekend. Have to say it was a pretty great unit. It was clean and everything you want available within the unit with a full serviceable kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. A well secured building. The only downside that was a negative for us was that there was no mesh screen door on the balcony door for us to open and allow a breeze through the unit. The balcony on this particular unit oversees a vacant block of land with over grown grass and surrounded by trees so opening the balcony door invited mosquitos, flys and bugs into the unit. There is air conditioning in the lounge room but it is on the wall just above the lounge so if sitting on lounge to watch t.v you have the air con working it is to strong even putting it on a slower setting for it to be above your head. Not a healthy situation and you have to hope that you don't get sick. That is our only negative. So would highly recommend these apartments if you are looking for somewhere to stay. We will definitely stay there again next time we are up north but will ask for a room on the main Street/ shops side of the building.
