Great guy and awesome service.i called bill at 1-30pm on Thursday afternoon and wanted a new amp and new speakers but I needed them that day. He not only delivered them himself but spent a lot of time setting it to work for me along with his technician paul Both guys spent hours at my house making sure everything was perfect. Wish I had of bought all my gear from bill. I’ve learnt my lesson now. My speakers have never sounded better. Can’t recommend highly enough

Great Service and down to earth experience. The quality of gear sold her is top notch and the knowledge is very helpful in selecting the right gear. Reminds me of quality Hi-Fi shops selling the top end gear that used to be around. Far above the shops just selling you a box without you able to trial it. Called in looking for a new DAC and Bill loaned me a Nuprime DAC10 which has just blown me away. Without that trial i may have made a poor decision by buying wrong, so Thanks to Bill and the team for helping me out.
