Extremely easy to book. I pre reserved online, choose category car that I wanted. Picked up a brand new Camry. Process in the ofgice was easy, they took me through any current damages took copies of my I.d etc and that's it. Really happy with the car, easy and nice to drive, clean and had the new car smell too. I'll definitely book again. Used because my car was playing up and I didn't want to risk driving long distance for the weekend. Very affordable too.

Really disorganised if you need to pick up a car early in the morning. It's a long wait to get your car, as they are understaffed for a morning rush
