A really interesting display of local history. Something interesting for everyone. Really enjoyed the visit.
A better presented Museum would be hard to find.
Friendly staff and great displays.
Advertisement going into the Tambo Rambler (Monthly) for March 2016 Advertisement going into Bairnsdale Advertiser April 2016 " Bruthen 1st Reunion For Old Friends" Held on Saturday 12th March 2016 - Met at the Bruthen State School 9-30am till 12-30pm -more than 60 people attended Group Photos taken - more than 50 people were involved Group Run to the Cemetery 2pm - 25 people attended to relations/friends graves Group Run to Ramrod 2-30pm -30 people attended for a catch-up, walk or a swim Bruthen Hotel for Dinner 6pm - Approx 60 people attended, catch-up and speeches Overall the day was highly successful and enjoyed thoroughly by all who made the effort, Marilyn Dore and family, Jenny & Dennis Coverdale, Kerry Hooton, Peta McCoy, Jenny Herman, Carol Smith/Dicker, Leonie and Rodney Horton travelling from Queensland and Narelle and Roxy Troake flying down from Darwin, others from Wodonga and Melbourne, Daryl Hooton from Corryong thoroughly enjoyed the trip back, of course Mario and Sue Saulle, Vicki Jones and others didnt have far to travel! - Date Set for Our "Bruthen 2nd Reunion For Old Friends" - is Saturday 11th March 2017 - See you next year!
