Took 4 months of returning my pool cleaner back to them to fix it and it is still not fixed. Now they are saying that the filter system is broken and want to charge me 1600 to fix it and they say this will fix my pool cleaner problem. Kids have had no swimming pool for a whole summer and every time Poolwerx come to look at what could be wrong with the pool they leave it in a worse state than when before their visit. Would not recommend Poolwerx to anyone. I have had to cut my losses and repair the damage caused to my pool and my pool cleaner elsewhere.
The staff knowledge and support is outstanding. Best pool shop in Perth :)

Poolwerx East Fremantle is the best in Perth. I've been a pool owner at multiple properties for over 25 years & have seen off a number of second class pool maintenance & supply companies. These guys are first class. The owners & staff are all very professional & great to deal with. A special mention to Cass - highly knowledgeable advice, no BS & very friendly.
