My wife and have just had Solar panels put on our roof. From the time we walked in to NHC we were met by Bryce and Maria in a very professional manner. We had a quote at the end of the same day. Were pleased with price and signed up the next day. We never had to do another thing until the panels had been installed.Bryce and Maria were very knowledgable also made us feel very welcome.When the team arrived to install the panels they were great. They worked as a team and each knew what they had to do. My wife and I are very happy with the whole job. To sum up an excellent job from a very dedicated team. Brendan Westley was a absolute pleasure to deal with. Within 24 hrs of being told our ducted heater need to be replaced we had a new one installed. The whole team was very professional and price was more then reasonable. Would not hesitate recommending Brendan and the team for all your heating and cooling needs.

I was sold a jet master heater worth 5k that was not fit for purpose. Spoke to jet master support who said it wasn’t appropriate for my situation Could not get the salesman to call me back, called at least twice a day. Would not recommend
We recently had an evaporative cooler installed by national heating and cooling Bendigo, the team were very professional.
So stressful dealing with this company, did not turn up when they said they would for a quote, did not return my calls, said they are not interested in job as not enough money in it for them. At the start of winter with no heating, very stressful.
Small problem with air-conditioned unit easily fixef
Heater, not installed correctly. Numerous attempts by service guys to rectify, but not solved. Needed to be removed and re installed. Still makes irritating noise. Surprise surprise NHC don't send those irritating letters every year about servicing. Also got a/c at same time as heater, cooling worked over summer, but heating hadn't been hooked up. Be very careful selecting NHC, they will not see another from me.
