Carissa was lovely to deal with, very helpful, friendly and informative. The team at Jam Automotive did a pre purchase inspection for me as I live in Melbourne and couldnt be there in person. They did a great job. Highly recommend. Side note* did not purchase the vehicle as the team found issues that would have costed me a few grand to fix! Saved me 14,500k on a dodgy car. JAM fixed a couple of things on our work car and we fantastic. Definitely my go to place now
[ Couple of French backpackers ] Our van was a bit noisy when we turn (probably a belt somewhere) . We go at JAM, the girl at the office was really friendly and write our problem . A guy come, park ou car inside, and a few minute after, he come back with answers and show us in the motor : the poulies on the power sterring had some wooble, so no need to remplace the belt, just change the poulies. Ok ? We talking about the price and the time, and say ''ok :)" 1 hours after, we come back, paid, and everything was ok (since 2 weeks now) . Well, a really good experience :) . Price are maybe a bit high for the time ? But he fix this quickly (no need to come back an other day), and he explain the problem perfectly. Thanks you at the girl on the office, at the man for the repair, and at their cute baby dog .
