Lachlan was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to get my loop station fixed and he quickly deduced it was a power supply problem, gave me information on what happens to that specific power supply over time, told me where to cheaply find one and gave me specifications on what I'd be looking for and why. An incredibly good dude.
