Been here a few times now and can’t say I’m real happy about my experiences. This last time I got mostly the little end bits of chips. I asked for 2 x pepper Mayo cause the last time I got 1 x pm there was next to none on it so I was thinking I would ask for 2 x pm but actually got less then I did with 1 x pm ?? The hot and spicy chicken was over cooked or it sat too long cause it why really dry. I’m not keen to come back to this store !!

This used to be the best KFC around but lately have noticed a decline in there accuracy with orders. Always missing something or order is wrong and we live a good 15 mins from here so can't be bothered going back. Phones are never answered to fix it up next time. And since when did they start jamming individual box meals in the same box. Order 3 separate box meals the other night and they jammed it all in 2 boxes, so everything was soggy and squished
just bought giant feast with 2 extra chips got home with one chips missing fully paid for
Order through menu log #156447443 what a joke the normal chicken pieces were about a quarter of the size of the spicy chicken. Rang the store direct and manager hung up on me. Had to reorder from KFC at Beenleigh, at least they know how to run a business, had to spend another 35.95 I dont drive because of mobility issues and dont have another choice to get lunch for the family
Waited 15 minutes for a small order. Kinda hit and miss there. Sometimes great, sometimes terrible. There seems to be no in between.
5:45pm 21st December 2020 I used their drive through on my way home from visiting a relative. I ordered and paid 8.95 for ten chicken nuggets, plus coleslaw, plus potato and gravy. When I got home and opened my order they had only given me four nuggets. I live 30 mins away so couldn't return with my order. Perhaps someone there kept the other six for their dinner? I will never go back there.
When you state you are allergic to Mayo and your burger has Mayo on it, then you take it back to get another one, to be confronted by the Manager trying to argu the point with you! Mmhhh great customer service!!!!
Prompt service and hot fresh food cant really expect more than that.
