They were a bit on the more expensive out of multilple quotes we received, but after a personal recommendation we decided to go with Jetpets. They are 1000000% worth the extra , covered extra fees for us when they came up and their service was fantastic. I always knew what I was needing to do next throughout the whole process, and they always responded to my emails very quickly if I had any questions. My cat Indi arrived in New Zealand from Brisbane in perfect condition, she felt comfortable around the pet handlers and I couldn't have asked for a smoother process

Used these guys to get our dog from Brisbane to Melbourne and the service was spot on. Easy to organise, easy drop off location and staff genuinely care about the pets. All went smoothly from start to finish. And one happy dog down in Melbourne safe and sound which is any pet owners only wish for their animal.
Hudson, our large male Ridgeback, arrived safe and well from Melbourne today. Friendly service, kept us up to date all along the way, good job. 2nd time we have used Jetpets domestically, and wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

Yesterday my new pup Stormy was stuck in Brisbane cause her old owner was late putting her on the flight so she missed it. She left her at the Qantas freight terminal and couldn't go and get her. I was extremely stressed out as they can only hold her for 2 hours, I was in Sydney and she had no where to go! This beautiful angel from Qantas was just amazing and instantly calmed me down reassuring me that she will try to help me out and that my daughter Stormy was safe at the counter with her. She put me on hold and when she came back she said someone named Justin from Jetpets is here and he's more than happy to take her and look after her till her flight 5 hours later! I couldn't believe how kind and caring Justin and this beautiful lady at Qantas were! Justin called me to say he had my daughter and he was taking good care of her and not to stress. He went above and beyond when he didn't have to take her at all. He also sent me some photos of her which I was so thankful for. I will always be grateful for Jetpets and Justin, you are very caring so thank you from my family in Sydney! Stormy arrived safely to us later that night
I've been trying to contact them. I'm giving 2 stars as I got a quote before the pandemic. There is no way you can reach any representative. I have been chasing, even when I got the chance to talk to a representative. I was told that someone else is calling me. This never happened. The problem is that Emirates told me that they deal with this company. I guess Emirates should maintain their reputation by not dealing with this company if that's how they treat their customers. I understand that it's hard to deal with the pandemic, but we are also facing other challenges. Big companies like yours should have strategies to face challenges and always be there to serve the customers rather than ignoring and disrespecting them.
We are having to urgently relocate interstate due to covid and opted to use jetpets based off our previous fantastic experience with them when relocating interstate last year. My partner had filled the survey out for a quote like it said, heard nothing. A week later I attempted to fill one in, nothing. Phoned up and the woman on the other end was so unprofessional, condescending and downright rude. I understand more than anyone that times are tough at the moment and tensions can be high. I’ve never given a negative review to any business before because I’m genuinely understanding but these aren’t just animals, they’re family members and I was truly appalled at the way I was spoken to.
I have called this company 4 times over the past two months to get a quote, with no response. The first time I called, it took a whole day for someone to answer the phone, and then I was told I had to submit a quote request online, which I did. I called back about a month later to advise I had not received a response. My details were taken and was told someone would call me. On my fourth attempt, I advised the woman I was appalled at the lack of service. There was no apology and she couldn't care less. My details were taken, again, and still no call or quote. Im disgusted in the lack of customer service and would never recommend this company.
