Thanks to Sarah and everyone at the service department for going above and beyond when my van broke down recently, (my fault). They helped me to find somewhere to stay overnight, told me the best place to get a meal, as well as dropping me off and picking me up the next morning. Even though they were very busy the van was fixed and tested the next day. Cannot rate them highly enough.

Very friendly staff. Excellent service going the extra mile. Comparatively, Mt Barker goes above and beyond. They drop me off at my workplace and as I was busy to pick the car they delivered the car to my workplace. Price was reasonable and I was consulted before any additional were done. I will be going back! Compliments on a job well done! Keep it up!

Went in with the intention of upgrading to an Arteon and got ignored by a gentleman upstairs and the whole showroom was a ghost town. Been through two other dealers in this state and had nothing but bad experiences. Seems it is the same across the whole brand.

AJ and the team at Duttons are absolutely brilliant. If there was another star I'd give them 6! Amazing experience buying our new Amarok.

I bought a new VW Polo from Duttons. When driving the car for the first time, the passenger seatbelt light, as well as the annoying "ding" sound came up. This leads me to believe that the pre-checks on my car was not done adequately as this would have been realised. Why is a new car not checked fully? Dutton's offered to help- Adrian in particular was helpful but the whole service department needs improvement. Reading a few of the other reviews, other people have also stated that the sales team are great, but the service department are not. My experience mirrors that. I booked my car in to Duttons for this fix. Upon arrival they did not know that I wanted a loan car? This despite the fact that I asked for one when making the booking. The staff member then took 10 minutes to find a loan car for me, came back and said that the has to go and put fuel into the loan car!! Ridiculous? How do you not fuel your loan cars the day before? Does no-one check this? Alas, I came back in the afternoon and they said that the part will be here tomorrow. I went back the next day, the part was fitted and 10 minutes into my drive back, the same seatbelt problem came up again? Is due diligence not done on work when you fix something? Adrian, again the most helpful person tried his best, but alas I was asked to speak to VW australia directly yo get this fixed. It is a new car and I believe the onus should still be on Duttons and not myself to contact VW Australia as a new car was purchased from Duttons and they represent VW Australia. Advice: As previously reviews have mentioned, your sales team is great, your service department is not. Do something about it, as a service is a annual occurrence and if you have a bad experience, you are less likely to purchase your next vehicle from the dealer.

Great service. Got dropped off in Mt Barker to do some shopping while car serviced. Nice to feel a little special.

Easy checkin. Service done in good time while I waited in their service lounge with a great coffee, free WIFI, newspaper and large screen TV. Service price was as quoted.
