The quality of products at Dusk Westlakes are only matched by the quality of their service. Was assisted by a lovely young man named Khyran today who was a testament to the business. He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with helping make my selection. I wish all retail workers were at his level of professionalism and expertise

Oils do cost but they have deals spend a little more and you get discount for 3 oils. Choose wisely when in do you really need it? But is a helpful place to shop love there birthday gift and discounts if you are a member. Though ask about how long the the birthday gift voucher lasts. Need to shop quick. Discounts always are good. They have quality oils. It makes a difference plus she explained that it is 10mls in a 30ml or did she say 50ml bottle??? Not sure point being it is normal for oil to be down in the bottle. They all come like that. Nice she prewarned me. Saves a call back to the shop. Asking Why is my bottle half empty?

Usually this place is great for service however today was terrible. Answering the phone whilst serving ur customer without even asking if that’s ok Is beyond rude! Also talking to the other team member and ignoring the customer. Step it up dusk!!
