What can I say staff there are amazing ... there is a young lad in there and he is so polite and gives you an honest opinion and because of that I bought more products ...tha is guys and please get this young lad back in there

Good range of candles, always smells nice, and the staff are friendly and ready to help. They know their stuff and can give good advice on how to burn candles correctly, along with other information. There is a membership for Dusk, but it costs 10 a year to join. There are some good benefits, but I honestly don't see why they charge a membership fee for such a niche thing. I don't go in there often enough to justify a paid membership, but if you were buying candles every week I can see how this would be good. Overall, it's a very nice shop, a little small and a bit cramped, but just be mindful of your surroundings and you'll be fine! They have some really beautiful items in here, and candles are an easy gift for anyone.

Clean and tidy store. The staff member, Samantha, helped me pick out a mister and some oils and she was so lovely and helpful, she also got me to sign up as a member to get discount on my purchase and now I get 2 years of discount for being a dusk member, who knew?! Great service, I will definitely be back more often now.

Went into the store today and asked if they had led candles as I wanted to buy one for my daughter. Their response was that it was quite expensive. Hmm..ok... I asked them again if they had them or not and they proceeded to tell me they did and they were on special for 24? What the?? If my daughter didn't really want one I would've walked straight out. First of all 24 isn't as expensive as some of their other products that I do buy ( @ the Mandurah forum store). And at it's full price of 55 I would've purchased it anyway as it was for my daughter. First rule of retail never judge a book buy its cover.
