Completely rude and uninterested staff. I was in the store for around 10 minutes browsing a last minute Mothers day gift and the 2 staff members did not even say a single word to me. No hello? No recommendations?. Keep in mind I was the only customer in the store for the entire time. The candles did smell very nice and I did eventually purchase some but the staff looked like they wanted me out of the store ASAP. This is the first time I've bought candles in a retail store as I usually buy online, and I'm sure not all stores are like this BUT I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS STORE and I will never be coming back.

Went in the store,two women standing behind the counter,couldn’t even be bothered greeting me,didn’t even look at me,I walked around the store and they just talked to each other,no offer of help no interest.will never enter this store again,the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered

I have worked in the sales industry for years, even at high end prestige car dealerships, but the best and most personal customer service I have ever witnessed has been at the Dusk Narellan store. My puppy tipped over and smashed my girlfriends oil diffuser which held a lot of personal value which has been discontinued for quite some time and in a simple 3 minute phone call Celeste dropped what she was doing, made some enquiries and found a direct replacement available for me to pick up today at another store. To some it’s a small thing that “is part of the job description” but it goes much further than that. Only 2 months ago they assisted getting a replacement power cord aswell. Every time I have walked in that store I have been treated as if I’m buying a 20,000 watch by every single staff member. Thank you Celeste and the team. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.

I went into the Narellan Dusk store today to return a faulty item without a receipt; where my mother had spoken to someone the day before about an exchange and they were lovely to her. However, my experience was no where near lovely. I had explained everything to the retail assistance about the exchange and was expecting a simple exchange. Instead, the lady was very rude and condensing. I understand the circumstances are not ideal and that it is close to Christmas but I don't think I deserved the rude and judgemental service from her. Anyways, I was able to finally get an exchange when she saw her friend and she basically kicked me out. She claimed the store was very busy and didn't have time to deal with the exchange (the store had a few people and there was no one lining up to be served). I am thankful for the exchange but I will never go back to this particular store as I felt very uncomfortable and judged.
