Exceptional service! Everytime I go in the ladies are so nice and willing to help. I was helped by a person named Siara and she went above and beyond to help me pick out a gift. I will return to buy more gifts in the future. The store layout is also very nice and spacious and easy to browse.

Trying to return one of the 10 faulty fragrance which I got on boxing day. Instead of receiving an apology for the poor quality and inconvenience and a standard exhange or refund, the Indian male staff blamed me for damaging the product after purchase. He then continued to prove his point by saying he remember serving me and he already checked the 3 fragrances I bought and confirm they were good when sold. I am amazed at his super natural powder to be able to see through a sealed packaging and 'confirm' a state of the products as he claimed? He then even dare to showcase his craftmentship by attempting to fix it with super glue!! During the whole process no mention of refund or exchange or even an apology. I was treated as if I was making up a story just to return a 10 goods. Well done Dusk for failing to fulfill one of retailer's most simple and straightforward after sales request. First time to experience unnecessary hassle when trying to return a faulty goods with a retailer. Will never go back again.
