Just wanted to give a big shout out to the tall young man that works there (sadly didn't get his name). He was super friendly and his customer service was mainly why I signed up to become a dusk member. He had a big smile on his face, could tell he was happy enjoying work, was full of information telling me all the member benefits and even wished me a happy birthday which is coming up. Love dusk as a shop but you made the experience even better!!

I have my worst shopping experience at Dusk in Burwood Westfield last night. One of the staff call Fatima literally ask me out when I give her the suggestion and feedback: “if you are not happy, you can go somewhere else!” unbelievable …… when I ask her name and the company complaint contact number or email, she said: “ since you are going to make a complaint, I am not going to serve you!” …. Well, well ,well…… I have never been treated like this before. What a shopping experience !!!

Great staff! They made sure to hold a scent I wanted as I was on my way but there were only a few left. Such a wide variety of items and everything in stock unlike Rhodes who were sold out of a few things.
