Party Jay is great for purchasing all your decorations for any event. They have a wide variety of balloon selections and offer helium tank hire. The staff are lovely and always helpful!
Was scammed by the horrible quality of products. Mini Rubik's cubes broke after 1 use. They refused to give us a refund and didn't care that kids would be disappointed and upset when their new toys broke. basically rude staff. Never coming here again and I don't recommend any of you coming either.
Great team that were so accommodating with a last minute request. Great balloons and super well received. Foils were still floating after a week!

Very poor level of service by the manager/owner. Very rude. I was waiting in line to purchase a helium tank hire (waited 25 mins) with only one person in front of me. Another lady came to pick up her order but he hadn’t even started her balloons! Disorganised and rude at best. Strongly suggest you go elsewhere!
