I can't rate this place high enough. The instructors are top notch and help instill respect, confidence and self control in our two young boys (5 & 8). Our 8yr-old had major issues with anxiety & focusing, and we had tried a number of other activities over the years. This is the only activity where he would sit still when he had to wait his turn, actively participate, and actually be excited about going. In the \u003e1yr he's now been going, he's a different kid. Aside from grading up 3 belts he has also achieved his first two trophies / awards ever (that were actually earned rather than just for participation).
