I was seeing the incompetent Dr. Sarah Willard during my first pregnancy. She refused to give me a referral to test my iron levels among other things I asked for. Luckily my neutropath organised blood tests for me, to pay for out of my pocket. Being anaemic I've had to change my diet considerably and increase iron supplements to maintain a desirable level. I also expressed to Willard i wanted the option of knowing who my midwife/s will be throughout the process and only recently found out that I missed the boat because Willard never bothered to refer me to that hospital programme. Sarah Willard plays a doctor for the payslip and doesn't care for her patients. She's also recently returned to work from being on maternity leave so there's really no excuse for her to provide such poor service to someone who is going through the same experience she just went through. If you can, avoid this money hungry careless and incompetent doctor.

Booked through HotDoc and was never informed that it was not bulk billed. TV in the waiting room was up way too loud. Doctor was picking dry skin flakes off his face and flicking them onto the keyboard, whilst breathing heavily. Didn't even manually examine the injured area, assess functionally or check for pain, sent me off with basic first aid advice. Truly less helpful than Web MD. The most incredible part was when they called a few hours later telling me I forgot to pay the 75, which I was never at any stage informed of. Something seems to be wrong there. Give it a miss.

My usual doctors are outstanding but I haven’t been able to book an appointment with Dr Lee or Mark for the last few visits and ended up seeing another doctor. This other doctor has been incredibly rude, unhelpful and insulting. Today I called and he’s refused to listen and sent me straight to a hospital when it isn’t necessary, he simply does not listen. I have decided to go elsewhere as this is a waste of time. I have also decided to make a formal complaint. Please beware, there is a rather unethical and professional doctor here- I’m not talking about Dr Plunkket who has 1940s catholic notions about contraception, it’s ANOTHER one. One bad experience is not good enough, let alone two.

Really professional and caring team. They provide a full range of services in a friendly and efficient manner. I fully trust them with our health and well being. I've tried other clinics but could not better the Dundas Street team. They've been looking after our family for 17 years now. Mariam

Dr Lee Kafayat is great. Really helpful. The staff at the reception seem nice too. Wait time wasn’t too long which isn’t always the case when you book an appointment at a doctors office. Payment is quick and refund on Medicare is automatic. Will probably continue to use this one for a bit.
