Needed a zipper foot for my Janome...I was so relieved they stocked my machine and accessories...they had the foot in stock and I was shown how to fit and use it on the demo model. So happy!

Took sewing machine here for a service for 90. Got called after two weeks to say they needed to replace the motor which would be another 250 on top of the 120?!?!? When did it change to 120?? I told them don’t worry and we would pick up machine. They didn’t even refund the deposit of 30.
Very helpful and friendly staff. They have always been willing to help me find the right feet for my old Janome machine.
