Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Best strata are unprofessional, lazy and infact demanding of circumstances that aren't actually fact. I have 6 other units who do not give a **** and am stuck living in a squatters den because they refuse to do their job, respond to my communication and definitely do not do anything for their money. I have other property managed by other companies I'd reccomend well before best strata. And Sharon I'd love to see your generic response of I'm not in your data base because you know well where I am. And for the reviews being all negative and than all positive screams all BS as you have not improved your service 1 bit
Our corporation have been with Best Strata for a number of years and are very satisfied with the service. We have had a good relationship with all the managers. I particularly like the Best Strata website where we can access information about our finances, documents etc.
Our corporation changed to Best Strata in 2018 and immediately felt the benefits with a 600 reduction in our insurance premium. Our new manager Rob has been very helpful by supporting committee members, sourcing tradesmen, clarifying legalities and owners private queries.
Recently when dealing with Best Strata and requesting a specific information from my usual contact, the Strata Manager that deals with our property, I was pleasantly surprised to promptly and unexpectedly receive a note from the Secretary, Chloe Porter, who has provided very quickly and efficiently all information that I required. I am very pleased with the service Chloe has provided so quickly that I plan to contact her again for the same information that I require every three months.
I am happy to say that I enjoy a good working relationship with Best Strata - in the beginning with Sharon Ellis and currently with Rob and the girls at the front desk. They have helped sort out a variety of challenges in an efficient and pleasant way. Thanks folks.
I’ve worked closely with Best Strata over the years. Sharon previously and now Rob who is doing an incredible job managing a very difficult property. Highly responsive and trustworthy.
I have dealt with a few different strata companies over the years and Best Strata has been the most collaborative with the management committee and have really helped us get some big changes which we had tried for 3 years with previous company. Nobody likes paying Strata fees but at least we can see what ours are doing!
