Barnstone always look after our energetic pup while we are away. They are efficient, reliable and we love how they care for our dog. We have been sending him for stays since he was 6 months old and we would definitely recommend Barnstone to other pet owners.
We left our two dogs with Barnstone for 10 days and it was lovely to see the sheer enthusiasm, of the staff, for the dogs. We left them feeling they would not only be looked after but given time and affection. The communication was excellent. They are now our kennel of choice - we won't be going anywhere else. The staff at Barnstone are always so friendly, they go out of their way to be helpful and informative, or to accommodate for any special needs your dog might have. Our kelpie gets excited each time we take her there for a mini holiday, and always returns a happy and relaxed dog, and smelling like a rose to boot!! :-) We would highly recommend Barnstone to anyone.
Woody is very happy to go on a vacation at Barnstone when we are on holiday as well. When we pick him up he is in good condition and freshly washed and possibly a little sad at having to leave until next time.
We have been sending our dog to Barnstone for 3 years. The staff and service are wonderful. I have toured the facilities and they are very well run and very clean. Our dog is always happy when we collect him and it is nice having the confidence when we want to go on holidays that our dog is well looked after and will have just as much fun on his holiday.
