I only take my bike here now. Yes it's a pain getting all the way out to Penrith for me. But my bike gets the tlc she needs at 7 years and 86k kms. You're never just a number here, nothing is missed (as I've experienced elsewhere, and you're not ripped off - often presented with both OEM and after market options)

What an incredible experience, Scott is the first mechanic I have come across that is so detailed and informative when it comes to Ducati's. As I'm not mechanically adept it is such a relief to meet someone who cares so much about what he does. After much research about my Monster running lean I was recommended to talk with Scott to see what options I had. Scott recommended installing the Rapid Bike Evo which is self learning as well - he did say it would improve the bike BUT I wasn't expecting the result we got. To say I'm blown away not only by Scott and his boys at Duc-Pen but the Rapid Bike Evo has transformed my bike into a totally different Monster. In fact as I was riding home I just kept thinking that this is impossible that it's even the same bike. The Rapid Bike Evo has been transformational and increased my riding pleasure even more WOW. I sincerely couldn't recommend Scott, his team and Rapid Bike Evo if your serious about riding and love your Ducati. Thank you so much Scott
