Absolutely useless, my 2 year old son was booked in for an “emergency” surgery to remove his tonsils and the Anaesthetist cancelled on us saying my son had a chest infection... thing is he never checked my sons chest nor did any other doctor. They came to the assumption that he had a chest infection because he coughed that morning.. and now my son is sick again with severe tonsillitis and they won’t do the surgery for another 6 fkn weeks. They had us in our gowns and hair nets ready to go in and my poor son had to fast from the night before so he was starving and then boom cancelled based off me saying oh he coughed this morning.. absolutely pathetic. Apparently drs have super powers now where they can just magically know is something is wrong without checking you over.

Terrible service, brought my son in for a busted leg (broken) he needed a Xray, took them no joke 4 HOURS and and 1.5 hours for them to give him some pain relief medication, and staff is rude and arrogant. Honestly worst hospital ive been to in all of nsw

Disgusted by day surgery staff at this hospital. How unprofessional this hospital is to make me run around Dubbo to fill a script for my sister who was in surgery and me having torn my medial cord in my right bottom foot was very upsetting. When.staff was asked why I need to get this now. The answer was to ask the nurse. The nurse is no where to be seen. I had go to three chemists to find. You would think a hospital would have this! I could not believe what I was hearing. Ranee

After a work accident 22 years ago I have had worsening health problems not able to work for last 15 years and stuck on welfare in public housing and no super this hospital ruined my last chance for a normal life be carefull who you put your faith in with this hospital thay will judge you befor they help you do not trust this hospital

I had a very positive experience at this hospital. My surgery and treatment were done in a caring and professional manner. The staff members were all very good. The HD unit and Surgical Ward were both very clean and new. Thanks to everyone!
