I had a house trashed and partly repaired. Shifting boards, stained carpets we left and the manager said she had done a great repair. My problems are, Unauthorised repair. Stained carpets and chipped skirting boards dismissed as wear and tare enen though they were new at the time Compass rented the house. Current tennant is great, Compass Housing are a disgrace.
