Had a Camilla dress dry cleaned and they tore one of the beads off the dress. They said that it must of been loose for that to happen... I think that is one of their standard lines they use to not take responsibility. It would have been ripped off with quite some force. They took photos of it and said that they would follow up and get back to me. Never did! There was no way that those beads were loose. It was the first time I wore the dress. Will never take anything there again absolute poor customer service. 500 dress ruined.

Was nervous to go here as the google reviews don’t seem great but their service is great! I had a repair done and it was done well. The lady here is friendly and it was ready to pick up when she said it would be. Will use them again for any future dry cleaning or repairs :)

5 week wait for a bed topper to be cleaned. Told it not their fault as where garments are sent are not organized so things are done when they get to them. I would not sent a face washer there and definitely will tell everyone know to avoid it. It's good to see the nice generic reply. All it show is how poor your customer service is and how bad your record keeping is. Probably explains why it took so long

I took my ottoman cover there for a dry clean. I paid 28.90. It came back smaller ( it was shrunk ) and the stain was not cleaned at all. Reading all the reviews, I can’t be bothered going back to complain and I will never go back there in the future.

My dress needed a 3 stitch mend which was done perfectly. However they charged me twice. I paid once on drop off which i clearly remember as i thought it was odd, and then was made again to pay at pick up. It was 44. As I paid in cash there was no electronic proof and their system said I hadn't paid. I don't like to make a scene and there was other waiting so I had to pay and leave with my dress. I feel like i have been taken advantage of. I couldn't leave the dress there as it was not mine. I am 99% sure i paid, and if I didn't i would feel horrible for arguing to not pay again. I will never go back here again. Thats 4 hours of my pay for a 4 stitch mend....absolutely ridiculous, they should be ashamed

Terrible! Ruined 5 of my white work uniform shirts and 2 pants. Black marks, dots, pen marks, and terrible creasing. The shirts were also shrunk! Couldn't have been worse. I tried fixing them myself, I washed them and etc, but they were unfixable. DON'T RISK IT!

Asked if she did bridesmaid dress alterations. As I need 5 done. Looked at me like I was an idiot and said "Yes." Sent ONE bridesmaid over with her dress a few days after. She was rude and said "I don't have time" ..... We hadn't even given her a date yet. Do not recommend.

Specifically chose this place as it advertises "We can provide same day service on most garments, just simply bring your garment in before 9:00 am and we will have it ready for pick up after 4:00 pm.". Got there to be told "We've changed the schedules" so they can only do "next day pickup". Update your website and stop the false advertising! Total waste of my day now trying to find a new dry cleaner.
