I would not recommend this company purely for the price gouging approach and go elsewhere attitude. I needed a simple letterbox style key to be cut from a simple 4 notched/tumble barrel (it really couldn't be any more simple) and they wanted 120. I asked them to justify the cost - they wouldn't. I asked them to advise how long it will take they said 5min to 2 hours!!! And these guys are specialists. Called up a Mobile Locksmith job done for less than half what these guys quoted. - PRICE GOUGERS!!!!!! Update: Looking at the other review now this seams to be the standard service customers receive. PLEASE...do not use this company they are arrogant to the point they believe they provide some kind of unicorn service that no one else does so they can treat you how they want. Ignorant Plebs. 14/12/2020 - Sydney Locksmiths comment personifies my earlier comment of that they think they are holders of a unicorn service and as such can charge and act like they please. If you search through all the previous comments you will get the drift on how these guys operate and see a string pattern forming.

Spend your money elsewhere. As a local, I’ve called a few times for various reasons and when speaking to whoever it is on the otherside of the phone, I always get a rude and obnoxious male who doesn’t seem to want anything to do with you. The last interaction I had was a few months ago calling to ask about the cost of a general house key cut price and he stated that there’s no such thing as a general house key and that they start from around 11 and go up from there but he can’t give me an estimate. Extremely rude and other google commentators seem to have the same experience so clearly it’s not an isolated incident. The owner will comment on this saying it’s a “sad and untruthful comment” because he’s clearly petty. This isn’t how you run a business. Spend your money elsewhere.

Customer service is a joke. Guy answered phone saying what do you want? Then he started swearing and hung up the phone, because we were asking about our order. Stay away from this company and use someone else. Don’t waste your money. What a Joke of a company!! They deserve a zero rating

It is such a shame to see such ridiculous comments trying to "cancel" a local business that is the only one in this area certified as a Master Locksmith. Master Locksmiths are highly skilled, trade qualified professionals. For a business to become a Member of the Master Locksmiths Association, it must employ trade qualified persons who have been police-checked. In several States, these persons are also required to be security licenced/registered. The business must be fully insured, registered with ASIC (Australia) or NZCO (New Zealand), and it must agree to follow the Association’s strict Code of Conduct. I have used them several times and never had only but excellent service and advice.

Called for a simple open push button lock on front door. 365 dollars was the price because it was a Friday evening at 6pm. Got it done for half that. Never will I call then again.

Awesome experience with Sydney Locksmiths. The Locksmith Diego was extremely professional and very skilled. He took great care in completing a difficult job. Another locksmith said they couldn’t do the Job. Sydney Locksmith’s took the job on and completed it perfectly.

Apparently the driver of this Vehicle was in a hurry.... cut off a 4WD on a roundabout and tried to overtake another car in front of himself.... ILLEGALLY! FYI needs to pull his head IN!! (Canterbury Area) I hope this doesn’t reflect the companies professionalism \u200d️ *** the comment left by the driver speaks volumes*** think before you reply
