I love it when people know how to look after people! My experience at this lighting place was very pleasant. They have a great range of lighting, for indoors and outdoors. I had an issue with one of the items I bought, and I have to day thank you! Thank you because it was resolved, and it wasn't an issue. If you're looking for lighting for your place, I recommend you have a look in.

The salesman Raz is a consummate professional and a kind gentleman. We purchased a few outdoor lights from them. 6 months later a number of them stopped working. Raz contacted Havit immediately as the lights were under warranty. He also came by my house with a new transformer and personally looked at the existing transformers (which were in the garage roof). He fixed the issue with the ‘old’ transformers and still left me with a new one just in case. They have a good selection of all styles of lights as well.

Took in a light Globe and asked for one "Identical" the lady took one from the shelf and said it was identical. When I took it home the globe was 25 watt NOT 40 watt. As this is over a bench in a row of three lights it was required to be the same. When I went back to replace I was told I should have bought three if I wanted identical!!! Cost 25, petrol 10, time there and back 2 hours, wear and tear on vehicle?? No offer of refund...
