Not being bias! I love coach so much! The only luxury brand I love. Don’t know but there is something in their bags that I love. Birkenhead point customer service is exceptionally good. The first time we visit there is we are just on our simple normal clothes plain shirt, plain shorts, and sneakers. What I’m saying is the physical appearance, It did not matter. The way we are treated was a customer. Cause some place/shop judge the way you dress up. If you know what I mean. () Since day one the service was good we feel welcomed every time we visit there. Maybe that’s one of the reason why I keep coming back on this place as well. Customer service is everything. If you are looking for gift, good bag, and good customer service! You must visit this shop. I love your team Anka keep it up! :)

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in Sydney. I was there yesterday at around 2pm to purchase a gift for my mother and the staff were absolutely awful. If I wasn’t there to get a birthday present I would never have shopped there.

I bought a shoulder bag last Saturday in your store but I am very disappointed of one of your sales lady in the counter cashier because she did not give me a Dust bag and a box for my bag as well as boxes for my two wallets I bought . It seems so disguisting

Lazy staff.. i was going to buy a bag that almost 500 and when I was going to pay, the guy (staff) was about to give me the sample bag that have been touched by a lot of people. And when I ask for a new one he just said “this is new, we took out this morning” then I asked if they have any new one of that and he said “no, this is the last piece” without checking or anything... and the other staff next to him also said the same. So, I decide to not buying them. Who wants to pay 500 for second bag???? Anyway but before I went out from the shop I tried to ask another staff that looks more friendly. And it turns out THEY HAVE A NEW ONE of the bag that I wanted. Now, I don’t think I will ever buy anything from this brand store anymore!!!! Because that really disappointed experience.
