Received a pair of boots from this store today through ICONIC that should not have left this shop .Each shoe was marked and scuffed and were certinaly not new.
I was there with my son on Thursday late afternoon around 3:45pm. ( 12 Nov. to be exact) At that time only one guy was working. ( Caucasian male) We noticed he paid attention to his phone instead of pay attention to us. ( Only us in the store) We had to wave at him to get his attention to help us. Is he getting pay for not doing his job??? Shame on him! I hope the manager or owner reads this so he/she can tell him to get his butt to work.
I came here with a few male friends recently to help them look for some wedding shoes and the woman working was so unprofessional. She was incredibly rude, unbothered and inappropriate. It’s very safe to say we won’t be back nor will we be recommending this store.
