We recently moved into the area so we’re keen to try all the cafes and restaurants and decided to take my mum here a couple of nights ago for her birthday. It was our first dining experience here and it was a delight to say the least. The service was so friendly so first impressions were very positive. We ordered a couple of soft drinks lemon lime bitters and many times some bar tenders can’t even get that right but these were well balanced. We had cauliflower Parmesan croquettes with pumpkin purée for entree and it was delicious! Flavours were all there and well seasoned and lovely presentation. For mains we had garlic chilli prawns and grilled fish with salad and chips. Both mains were again delicious, well balanced and seasoned, salad was dressed and the fish and prawns were cooked perfectly. We didn’t order dessert however will try on our next visit, and we will definitely be back. All in all it was a very positive experience, the dining area was clean and would highly recommend to family and friends.

Worth the 45 minute drive for us to get there. Had been meaning to visit for quite a while and was not disappointed. Started off with tapas, then had the mains, followed by a piece of cake (our cake servings were also pretty big). The food was really good, the staff were super friendly and helpful (the young man who served us was polite and funny), and the venue had a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
As a guest of the wedding party, I enjoyed the venue of Middel's and the dinner and drinks provided. The dinner was large, so one couldn't complain of hunger at any stage during the reception. And, the staff presented themselves as both courteous and attentive to all present.
Family gathering aged 7 to 85. Young man looking after us was brilliant. Meals were all spot on. A great time was had by all.
The food is terrific but staff need work. Waiting over an hour for soft drinks, 2 hours for our parents to recieve their meal & 3 hours for my sister , my 6 year old niece & I to get ours. This is not the first time. Oh & once you place order, staff become death & blind to you.
A great place to hang out before the train, to work, or just chill on a weekend. Great food and more importantly good strong coffee! Service is pretty good depending who is on. The young guy with the cool mo always remembers my order which is appreciated.
