Dr Su Para and her staff are amazing, they are helpful and friendly and willing to always help you. She follows through thoroughly from surgery she has performed, not many surgeons do this. I am at a loss though how people say they "supposedly" cannot get hold of them by phone, I have NEVER had issues and if they are not in the office there is a very very clear answer machine message that they are closed or have gone out off office for a short time. I just wonder if they are using the correct phone number. I highly recommend Dr Su Para and her staff to everyone.

Dr Su Para is an amazing ENT. Our son had tonsillitis every couple of weeks from 14 months as well as glue ear. His speech was delayed, he had temperatures of 40 plus often requiring hospital stays. We were hesitant for him to have any surgical intervention given his age and Dr Su listen to us and our concerns as well as ensuring that we had the information we needed to weigh everything up. She worked with us on a plan to treat him without surgical intervention to see whether there was any improvement due to his age and reviewed him frequently to check progress. This meant that we were able to delay the surgery while ensuring our son wasn’t uncomfortable until such time that it was safer to do so. She also consulted with our GP bad paediatrician to let them know of the plans that existed to ensure he had the continuity of care between appointments.When he was 26 months he had surgery and Dr Su and her surgical team were amazing. They took the best care of our little guy and 1 year down the track he is the happiest boy. He can speak in sentences, he isn’t frequently sick and he can breathe properly. We are so thankful that for Dr Su as she has in effect quite literally changed our boys life ️
Been trying to call these rooms for 3 days to reconfirm an appointment for tomorrow....no answer just rings out.
Impossible to get ahold of
Constantly calling the number provided & it just calls out to nothing & ends the call. I have called several times a day for the past week to no avail....... VERY FRUSTRATING as Little Mr 4yo needs a clinical review by Dr Suu Para for a change of categories for surgeries.......
Dr Su Para is brillilant as her all her staff. I find it strange that some one has claimed they waited one year to see this Dr. I certainly never waited that length of time to see Dr Para, nor have any other members of my family who have seen this Dr and nor have any of my friends. I have never had trouble getting through either. I think that the other person who said about 'connecting you know' the issue sounds like it is with her phone and not the dr's office. I thoroughly and highly recommend Dr Para to everyone.
Dr Para is fantastic it’s just a shame her office staff are so rude and never answer the phone! Trying to make an appointment is so frustrating!
Dr Para is AMAZING!! She has operated on both our boys now (3yrs ago and recently) and I honestly couldnt recommend her highly enough. From leading up to the operation to the boys recovery she was there to answer any questions and was even ringing on a weekend to see how our youngest was doing!
