Absolutely outstanding team. This was my first major surgery and was very daunting to me. Dr Flanagan was very thorough in the plan and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. Vanessa was absolutely wonderful in helping me understand forms and costs. Always got back to me and was always available for a call and a question.

Be careful with making any payments to this clinic! They will charge full fees and then unverify payments to Medicare leaving you out of pocket for your entitlements. UPDATE - I have received rebate entitlement (after back and forth calls and emails). I believe this was due to an administrative error not Dr Flanagan. Issue has now been resolved.
