I had the pleasure of having my consult in brisbane, initially booking in was quite hard as it was directed with an overseas office. After speaking with one of the nurses Shae, she gave me her contact and promptly gave me all the information needed, she returned my calls, answered thousands of questions for me. The service itself was second to none. I couldn’t recommended Dr Wells ans he’s excellent team of nurse more. Shae and all the nurses were well-informed, efficient and professional. Dr Wells made me feel comfortable before, during and after my procedure. I am IN LOVE with my new body, and cannot wait to see the results over the next few months. AMAZING!!!!

Ryan Wells and the staff in Brisbane are just amazing. They really care about your progress after your surgery and have gone above and beyond, especially Nurse Sophie who drove me home and then came to my Air bnb the next day to change my dressings as I was unable to drive. Thank you so much Ryan and ladies I will be recommending you to anybody wanting a caring and supportive team.
I live in far Nth Qld and have visited many local practises but after I had a consultation with the Nurse named Shae and Dr Wells, I gladly will make the trip more regularly. Professional first class service, I felt very special and not one of many. Very grateful, Thank you Shae, for making an older woman feel great.
Just waited an hour in the waiting room 20 mins in a consultation room and still did not see anyone so I walked out . More chance of a chimp with a Stanley knife pro forming any procedure on me than them . Obviously their time is way more important than hours . Must have too many customers
I couldn’t have had a better experience in Brisbane/ GC with Dr. Ryan Wells & Nurse Sophie for my surgeries! I had a full tummy tuck & thigh lift and not only have the results been amazing, they were professional, supportive and knowledgeable throughout the process. I was a little bit apprehensive at first, however Ryan was kind, very skilled and never made me feel uncomfortable. Nurse Sophie always went above and beyond doing aftercare and my follow up appointments also. I highly recommend booking these guys if you live in QLD, definitely worth the money- the results are insane!

In 2020, I finally took the time to have a consultation for surgery I have wanted/needed for many years. From the initial phone call to book this appointment in, I have been cared for with nothing but professionalism and genuine care and consideration. Any type of surgery is a big deal, and cosmetic surgery can be quite confronting, however I have never felt anything other than extreme understanding and support from Dr Lanzer, Dr Wells and ALL of the nurses! I had my surgery a couple of days before Christmas...everything went extremely well and I was constantly contacted/supported/checked in on by the nurses with phone calls and messages (even on Christmas and New Year’s Day)! Every visit following has always been enjoyable...the girls remember details about my journey and progress and everyone is so happy for me (even more than I am!) with my results because they know how much this surgery was needed! I really would recommend the Dr Lanzer team if you’re considering surgery....you’ll only be saying that you’d wish you’d done it sooner! Thank you for helping me feel like I always knew I was suppose to!
Dr Lanzer, Dr Wells and the team of nurses are just so caring and professional. After my surgery they looked after me so well and checked up on me. I couldn’t be more happier and would recommend them.
