I can't thank enough Dr Cutbush for giving me my life back. I had a very bad fall but the first doctor that saw me convince me that there was nothing I could do to get better and asked me to "learn to live with that". It look me a long time to look for a second opinion because I was trusting the doctor. I am so glad I found Dr Cutbush! Almost 3 years after the fall, 2 surgeries with Dr Cutbush later and tons of physio sessions after I have recover almost all the range of movement I've lost, recover a lot of the strength of my arm and I have almost no pain. I really like how he reviewed the diagnose, showed me what was going on with the software on his computer and supported everything with data from the different images, looking at reasons for the pain I was experiencing and the restricted movement I had. He did order a test that the other doctor didn't, to compare with the other shoulder, and that really helped with the diagnose and to find a way forward. I really appreciate how he was very clear about every aspect of my case, the procedures, the length of the recovery and provided clear information every step of the way. The staff at reception/billing were really efficient and always paid attention to what was going on with my case, plus they were always courteous and friendly, no matter how busy they are. The staff working with him for the physio sessions are very supportive and kept Dr Cutbush and other physios well informed about my treatment plan so I always felt that I had the support I needed.

Prior to Dr Ken Cutbush carrying out a reverse shoulder replacement I experienced increasing pain in my right shoulder over a period of some ten years. Following a CT scan and subsequent MRI, at Dr Cutbush’s request, I had several consultations during which he took great pains to show me and explain the MRI results and the best procedure for a replacement. I was impressed by the way in which Dr Cutbush used the MRI information to work out the exact angle and position for the prosthesis and bone graft. I found Dr Cutbush’s bedside manner and professionalism to be confidence inspiring and comforting before and after the operation. At the time of writing this review it has been four weeks post operation and the expected stiffness and pain is improving by the day with the help of Physiotherapy. What is noticeable is the loss of extreme pain which existed prior to the operation. It goes without saying that I would recommend Dr Cutbush to anyone needing a shoulder replacement.
