Excellent service and an excellent patient/dr relationship. We've been going to Dr. Edwards for quite a few years and our daughter has grown in leaps and bounds.

We had a very rude receptionist. Unable to listen and raising her voice and then hung up on us when we told her no need to raise her voice/frustration. The doctor herself is quite alright, but how hard is it to become a receptionist and not rude? You only had one job and it's not they need a degree to become a receptionist. Worst customer service ever. Dr Edwards, if you're reading this, you need to get better people who are good at customer service instead of a nobody who don't really care about your reputation.

Waited for over 5 months for an appointment only to be called two weeks before the appointment and told she would not be available for the appointment. Then proceeded to be told they were not taking any new patients even though we were offered a spot over five months prior. Not apologetic and treated as though we were an inconvenience even though we were just majorly inconvenienced by them. Very disappointed
