Dr Cattrall is the most competent and professional fertility specialist you’ll ever meet. She is so passionate in what she does and she has a strong sensibility, she is always ready to help and you can tell how much she cares for her patients. I think we have been blessed to have her as our doctor during our long infertility journey, we are so grateful to have her and I really hope the next generation of gynecologists can learn as much as possible from her because she really is the best. At Melbourne IVF all the staff is caring and sensitive and I really want to thank everyone of them, and especially dr Cattrall because you make our dreams come true, you work hard to do something very special for people and it is amazing what technology and experience can do now. Fleur is empathetic and professional and leaves no stone unturned with her investigations. Fleur was recommended to me by a friend and I have since recommended her to others, all of whom have had a great experience. A brilliant doctor and someone I have trusted entirely since having first seen her 10 months ago.
My husband and I have had a great experience with Fleur Cattrall. She helped us fall pregnant with a beautiful little girl and just recently helped us conceive again. She is thorough and very knowledgeable. Emma is also wonderful and very helpful. I highly recommend this doctor and clinic.
Almost three years ago, my wife and I visited Dr Cattrall to investigate our issues conceiving. Prior to visiting mIVF, we tried for over a year, had medical testing performed, nothing was found and were instructed to continue trying, however my partner was entering her late 30's, were starting to panic. Dr Cattrall performed further tests and uncovered an endometrial polyp, she performed the surgery to remove the polyp and instructed us to continue trying for 3 months, and to my surprise we conceived, and our second baby was also conceived in a short time-frame. I believe that if we didn't visit Dr Cattrall and instead decided to continue trying for a baby without further medical tests, our opportunity for having two children would have been lost. We have been very lucky in this regard.
Absolutely terrible - seek good care elsewhere. Fleur is devoid of empathy. She caused unnecessary trauma at the loss of a pregnancy, yet the same news was delivered by other health professionals (OB) with more tact, empathy and caring. We have no objection to what was actually said, we get it, it just doesn't work, but the way in which same is delivered, well thats a different story. I was a former patient and I'm more than happy to disclose my MIVF number. Reviews are there for a purpose, not to be cleansed by whomever you have sweeping your reviews, I'd love for everyone to see a full and accurate picture. We went elsewhere and now have happy and healthy twin boys. Best decision she ever forced us into, so i guess thank you Fleur in a way! To those reading, go elsewhere if you can, I for one don't regret it.
Dr Cattrall was my second IVF doctor and had a much better experience with her. Dr Cattrall understood our specific situation and was thorough and kind through the whole process. Emma is also wonderful and made our experience so much better! We are now lucky enough to be parents to our amazing son after a 4 year journey.
