I am so glad that I was able to have my recently diagnosed prostate cancer treated locally here in Rockhampton at the Mater Hospital by Dr Vega Vega. His compassion, kindness and surgical skills are of the highest standard.This was complemented by the wonderful care that I received from the great nursing staff in the Mater surgical ward. We are very lucky to have such wonderful local health professionals.
