Dr. Metawa helped us deliver our daughter and we are forever grateful to him for being so kind and patient throughout our journey. At first, we were so unsure as to who should we consult for pregnancy management as first-time parents and our GP suggested Dr. Metawa. Our first visit to Dr. Metawa itself was so welcoming and comforting. The ladies at reception are lovely as they attended to us always with a smile and are genuinely kind. Getting to know Dr. Metawa over the course of 9 months makes it obvious that he loves his job and takes pride in his work. He is a very gentle, caring, experienced, genuine, and extremely professional. He patiently listens and answers all the queries no matter how trivial it is. My wife credits her recovery to his exceptional surgical skills. Overall we would definitely recommend him to any expecting couple - especially if they are feeling nervous about anything and if you want the best genuine care given to you!

I have not been able to recommend Dr Metawa highly enough since delivering my first daughter. In jumping onto google so I could pass his details on again, I noticed the reviews section and thought I would add my own. I'm sorry to hear that Jayne had such a disappointing experience on top of whatever devastating situation she was dealing with. One that I can only imagine no-one should ever have to go through and that she was left feeling like a number due to a lack of follow up but from my experience with Dr Metawa he was very caring and genuinely concerned with how I was coping during my pregnancies. I am sure if Dr Metawa could find more time to call all of his patients and see how they're doing and coping, I am positive he would. However I've seen the hours he keeps and he's already stretched beyond the point as it is given his profession with the hours he keeps, given as we all know babies sadly don't arrive between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Shy of not sleeping at all, the only other option would be to have his receptionist make those kind of calls to check in with his patients and see how you're doing under whatever circumstances warrant it, which would assumably be uncomfortable for all involved. I know myself that I would like to offer a more personal service to my own clients daily that I just don't seem to find the time to do in an ideal world but all I can say in my experience of dealing with Dr Metawa during both of my pregnancies is that my husband and I found him to be a very gentle, caring, genuine, experienced, professional doctor that reassured me from beginning to end when I needed it most.

Dr Metawa delivered both my daughters. He has a quiet, kind & gentle nature which is perfect surrounding the "rollercoaster" time that is being pregnant & having a baby. Getting to know him over the course of my pregnancies, it becomes obvious that he loves his job and takes pride in his work. Overall would definitely recommend him to any expecting mothers - especially if they are feeling nervous about anything!

Highly recommended! 3 surgeries with Dr metawa now and each time he was so lovely and kind, I went into surgery with the greatest of confidence in him. I feel I can credit my fast recovery to his exceptional surgical skill. The ladies in reception are lovely, which is a ncie change from many other medical receptionists I have come accross over the years.
