There’s three businesses under the same roof here - Down to Earth, Bali Garden and Stone, and Perth Landscape Construction. Everything is sold on the same lot with no segregation between stock, and all can be paid for on one bill. I’m not sure if they are having stock issues due to the pandemic but the range wasn’t what we expected. There were some things online that weren’t displayed on site, and the space consisted of sections for each type of pot in different sizes, with seemingly all available stock together to fill space. Around the main office were the smaller bird baths (a good selection) and ornaments, statues, etc. At the front of the lot the large water features were showcased, and at the rear the soils, sands, gravel, and pavers. It took about 15 minutes to walk around and look at everything/select products. The staff member on site was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. She wasn’t afraid of hard work or lifting pots and got everything into our car for us. She was great at juggling multiple customers and attending to their queries, and was very knowledgeable. An asset to the team! It’s a good little place to visit if you’re in the area but we drove quite a way expecting more than we found. We didn’t leave empty handed but the main item we wanted wasn’t available, which was certainly a let down (I’m sure it could have been ordered but we don’t wish to wait as it’s required now, so we found one elsewhere). If you’re after anything in particular, I’d say ring ahead. If you’re after a bird bath, water feature, or water bowl, this is definitely a place to visit, as the range was diverse.

Not only is there an amazing large variety of pots and water features you can also stock up on all gardening essentials. I would highly recommend everyone to support this local small family run business. Sharon and her Staff are fantastic, always willing to assist . A1 customer service.
Emailed them the Wednesday before the Easter long weekend to get 20 bags of yellow sand and 30 slabs delivered - without any dramas everything was delivered and ready and waiting for me at home the next afternoon. Cheaper than Bunnings too! Definitely recommend a visit and ill certainly be contacting again for the next job around the house!

I was looking for a bird bath as a thank you gift to a nursing home that looked after my mum for many years. I broke my leg and I was unable to drive. Sharon and her team have been amazing answering my many emails and phone calls to help me find and deliver a bird bath. They have gone above and beyond and I couldn't be any happier. Thank you to everyone for all of your help. We really appreciate it.
Bought a load of vegetable mix in which nothing would thrive. Four months later seedlings are still only a couple of inches high so bought a ph kit and tested the soil. Ph was 9!!!!

I just tried to call them 2 times and both times the person hung up on me because they couldn’t hear me. I could hear on my end so there might be an issue on your end with the phone.
