Amazing food, awesome ambiance, really felt like I was in Italy
Rumour has it this niche 'hidden gem' is an invite only pizzeria reserved for A-list Perth celebrities and pro sports athletes. I did however try my luck on a Thursday night at 8pm to find the place closed, or perhaps it has one of those trendy, underground cellar doors I didn't see? I'm not sure. I will try again this weekend. The restrooms were accessible though, they were very, clean 3/5 stars.
Good range of toppings, excellent dough, and the service was top notch. Unfortunately the chef has a tendency to overcook the pizza, had to argue with him to get it out of the oven on time. 4/5 stars
Dodgiest opening hours in Perth and the chef has a rare tongue-sticking-out concentration method, but Pidge’s Pizzeria is a ripper. Should be PM

Move over Pizzaca & Monsterella- this place has the best pizza in Perth. Fantastic service, and an even better vibe. This is the new local for sure!
I would recommend the garlic pizza in particular. I've heard an entire jar of garlic paste goes into one serve. I had garlic seeping from my pores for the next week and I've never been more satisfied, nor safer from the ever-looming vampire threat. 11/10 would pizza again
