Ordered a pair of binoculars for a gift, online, late Sunday night. They were in the post early the next morning with tracking updates provided. They arrived super quick, were well packaged and the item itself was cheaper than anywhere else online. Little did I know that my brother in law had also enquired about the binoculars by phone, leaving a voicemail the same Sunday night enquiring about stock numbers. Double Bay Camera Shop rang promptly the next morning to follow up letting us know that they were in stock. Really happy with the purchase and the customer service. Can't recommend them enough.

I can highly recommend the Double Bay Camera Shop! The lens of my Canon G7X II was jammed, because it fell in the sand, and Matt and his team got it fixed for me within 1.5 weeks, just in time so I could take it to my holiday in Japan. Awesome service, thank you so much!

Brilliant service, sent E mail in the very late afternoon, almost immediate response. Ordered binoculars the next morning 8:30, at the post office by 9:30. Price was great, so I'm looking forward to trying out my new Zeiss binos. First time I have dealt with this business and won't be the last.

The sales man is a really rude person and has a really bad mood. He didn't want to understand what I needed, he was so gross and gave me one really disgusting experience, he didn't want to show me one picture that I printed, before pay, my bad experience costs 2, just for 2 dollars this guy made one stupid outrage. Also they don't give tax receipt, I had to went back for it. Its not the first time they didn't give the tax receipt. Finally I went to DigiDirect in Westfiel in Bondi Junction, the sales man was so friendly, helpful and I received the best picture for the same price. Try to copy this good examples please!!!The DigiDirect Store was full of people and they gave me a good customer service, by contrast, Double Bay Camera Shop was empty and even then, I receive a really bad service. I not going back there for sure.

I had researched a new lens online, and the sales person at double bay camera shop was so helpful and patient with my silly questions on what i'd read. He offered to match any price i found online (but didn't need to because he was cheaper anywhere). absolutely worth going in person and great store.
