Wow what a transformation at the Doonan Valley Garden Centre. My husband and I are locals and have been supporting this business for years. Now with new owners we have seen first hand an extensive and well planned plethora for all your garden needs. Love the way the pot centre has been incorporated into this garden environment. I was so excited to purchase some purple Bougainvillea Bambino’s for our newly completed deck. I have been waiting for these and was so excited to grab these before Manawhee had any ! It is always difficult to take over form the previous well loved owners but Sarah and crew have brought some inspiring displays, seedlings, veggie gardens, bush tucker and so much more. Love that this is local plus the knowledge and support for the weekend Gardner like me has been great. Sarah has a flair for garden design and displaying the various plants in an inviting and knowledgeable manner. Great tips for caring, nurturing and ensuring your purchases thrive. Great friendly service and I like the chairs set up near the entrance to wait in a beautiful space and COVID safe. Just need to restrain myself as buying more than planting at the moment.

Lovely staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have come away with a beautiful Mandarin Tree for my kids, and with extra knowledge on how to care for it. Sounds like they're building new areas and have bigger plans which are exciting. Great place to go. (Previous review is absolutely wrong.. :))

Wendy Simpson....I have to respond in this manner because I cannot access the Google profile and respond as the business owner. I will defend myself as I did not ignore you, you could see I was talking to someone else and I could see you were there. You were sitting in one of the chairs by the office looking very relaxed and comfortable. If you were in a hurry you could have interrupted and I would have happily assisted. I have many people everyday happy to just sit in those chairs. When I asked you if I could help you and you stormed off. It has been extremely busy and I cannot always anticipate how many people will need assistance at one time. Most people are happy to take in the beautiful surroundings and wait a few minutes. Most don't then feel the need to write nasty and frankly untrue Google reviews out of spite.
