I asked for 3 hot dogs. It took 20 minutes to receive my order and when I did they had poured sauce all over the bun on all 3 instead of keeping inside the bun. Whole point of hotdogs is to be able to eat them with your hands. No napkins on offer due to corona and the soggy cause covered bread was almost impossible to hold without getting it everywhere. A bit of care is required, just a bit of interest in their customers expectations would probably do them good.

Typical donut king store, usually quickest place to buy food and donuts are quite yummy. the prices are great at the end of the day while they are trying to sell everything. The staff are very friendly, finding a seat in the square is often difficult though.

The friendliest girls, the best chai's and coffees anywhere in Newcastle and Sydney and the tastiest, hottest cinnamon donuts I have ever tasted! Always made how we like it, never have to go back. April, Brittany and Hannah run the place so well and know our order before we even get to the counter. Keep it up girls!

Shocking service and bad hygiene. Saw an employee touch a donut with her entire palm before serving. Ordered hot donuts and when asked about it 10 mins later they were still "making the mix". Tables and floor are dirty.
