My experience with Peppercorn Hill was very positive. Even I was very afraid to sign the contract after reading all these reviews. But I must say, they treated us very professionally. Our settlement date was extended five time because of Christmas period and the bank was delaying the process. But Denis Family was been so helpful and extended the settlement date each time without issuing penalties. And then I thought I might lose the 15k rebate because the condition was to settle the land on mentioned date for it to be eligible. But they granted us the rebate on the settlement date. I didn’t have any issues with the valuation either. I can’t wait to start constructions of our new home.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! So disgusted with peppercorn hill this is run by the Dennis family corporation and that's one corporation I wish I never come by. I agree with the reviews below happy to take your money upon signing contract ( thanks for all your false advice Deb) dont trust anything she has to say at the sales display in Donnybrook! They have failed to provide any service after that. *Crickets*!! I signed a contract with these guys two years ago. settlement was dragged out by a year and suprise surprise now we have landed ourselves in a GLOBAL PANDEMIC Unfortunately out of my control, circumstances have changed. Forcing people to proceed with the purchase is like getting blood out of a stone. People are struggling to survive during this difficult time but all they can think about is their own pocket. Having worked in the building industry I will be sharing my experience with everyone. Word of mouth goes a long way! Do yourself a favour, save yourself the stress and hassle and don't purchase with these guys. I regret my decision to put my hard earnt savings in peppercorn hill. My advice RUN the hell away from these guys! Disgraceful! I'm sure ACA would love to hear this story.

I am the victim of the same and agree to all the negative feedback below. First title delayed for more than a year, and when it is about to settle bank are not valuing even closer to the price . I was hoping to settle the land with 10 % deposit which was planned but have to come up with fair bit of to settle the land . It could have been better if settled last year now the situation is hard most of the people working reduced hours some may have lost their job . But the developer does not want to listen to anything not even working out with the valuation of the property so it can settle . They just want to hold to our hard earn money and say BYE BYE. I know we have signed the unconditional contract which could have settled last year but now the situation is totally different . They need to come up with solutions which is good for everyone . This thing may put people in financial stress . Unsatisfied with their response.

I would give minus stars if available, as I am so much disappointed with the service of Peppercorn hill team. We purchased the land two years ago and when we purchased the title was set to last year. That almost got delayed more than one year and we never questioned them. They tried to settle the lands during the COVID pandemic which reduced the land valuation by 30-40k and we had to bear that cost out of our pocket and they never offered any discounts. They should have given us at least half of the devaluation amount because the land titling delay happened due to their mistake and if it was titled last year the situation would have been different. They rang us few months ago saying the land will be titling between 1st-14th of October and do the loan works ready. We did everything from our side during the pandemic, but the dates are all passed now and the land is not yet titled. They are not polite enough to ring the customers and update the current situation. They take all the advantages for all their mistakes thanks to COVID, but they are not ready to give any relief to the buyers. So frustrating about this service and we repent a lot for buying lands from these kind of people. I would never recommend anyone to go with Pepercornhill and Dennis Family land developers. They say everything for their marketing purpose only and they have no guarantee on anything what they say.

Extremely disappointed and let down with the 'after' sale experience. Significant delays in titlement (more than 2 years even for stage 1) and limited communication however instead of being apologetic of the delays, the service being provided now is highly transactional, rude and condescending. They think that since a contract has been signed, the purchaser is at mercy of the developer and as such, they're not required to provide any support to their future residents e.g. no flexibility offered even for things like valuation appointments, timings, etc. during these unprecedented times. We've dealt with a number of other land developers in the past but haven't had such experience (bad). We regret blocking our money in this estate, as we ended up paying higher price on an earlier stage than their later stages, which we find highly unusual and seems to have gone backwards. Peppercorn Hill Estate needs to up their game and provide a professional and premium service, considering the price they're charging. We won't be recommending this estate to our friends & family.
