Absolutely poor experience . Ordered dutch pancakes with lemon juice and lemon juice from a bottle .yuk....iced chocolate was very poorly made not mixed enough , coffee warm and way too strong. ...mars bar slice they microwaved leaving it half warm half cold and just plain disgusting . Two ladies working in there couldn't understand their attempt at english and to say the least very poor experience overall !!!!

The mix fondue was wonderful. The waffle was cooked near perfectly, the strawberries were fresh and the poffertjes were also good. Marshmallows were a touch on the stale side, though.

I've tried to call the Planet Chocolate phone number to speak to a manager of my experience on Sunday, however the number has been disconnected... so here I am. I ordered a tim tam slice to take away as a dessert for my partner & I to share at home. Which looked great in the cake fridge & even better in this nice packaged box with pink tissue paper. However when my partner cut the slice in half, I took a few spoons into my slice & discovered what looked to be mould. Surely it can't be what I thought it would be but upon closer inspection it was most certainly 'mould'. Hidden inside this thick white cream which by that stage my partner had finished his half. Disgusted was an understatement, clearly this establishment hadn't checked the freshness of there products regularly. To be honest who knows how long our tim tam slice had been sitting in that cake fridge for but we were utterly disappointed!!! We also enjoyed the waffles & dutch pancakes that day but since discovering the mould we won't be coming back.
